At Mota Vape, we provide a range of reliable shipping options. Every order is fully trackable from the moment it leaves our warehouse. To keep you updated every step of the way, please include your email address at checkout to receive automatic tracking notifications. Adding your mobile number also helps us quickly get in touch if there’s an issue with your delivery.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked

Speedy Turnaround:

Place your order before 3:00 PM on any weekday Excluding Bank Holidays and we’ll dispatch it the same day. We aim to process and ship all orders within 12 hours of purchase.

Delivery Time: 1–2 working days (usually next day, not guaranteed).

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a standard fee of £4.99.

Special Areas: For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Jersey, please allow 2–5 days

Working Hours:

Our dispatch team operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be sent out on Monday, and any orders made on Bank Holidays will ship the next working day.

Royal Mail Delivery Management:

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Royal Mail. While we’re more than happy to assist with any delayed shipments, please note that Royal Mail only allows us to initiate a claim for a missing parcel after 12 working days from the date of dispatch.

If your order has not been delivered after this period, we kindly ask that you contact Royal Mail directly to obtain a reference number. This reference is required for us to open a formal investigation with Royal Mail and proceed with a potential replacement order.

Please note - Replacement orders are not guaranteed and are subject to the outcome of the Royal Mail claim process.

Address Accuracy:

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping.
