Return Policy & Warranty Information
MOTAVAPE.COM is committed to providing our customers with truly amazing, cutting edge products. We will help you with dealing with any warranty issues you have with manufacturers of the Vaporizers we stock here at MotaVape.com.
We accept back any item that is in it's original unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a full refund less a 20% restocking fee.
Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.
All warranty returns or exchanges must have a RMA number associated with it or it will not be accepted at our warehouse and returned back to you. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at: (714) 441-1657 Monday - Friday, 12-8 pm PST. or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
However if you receive your unit damaged or nonfunctioning we will gladly replace the unit for you.
All Warranty claims will be facilitated by MotaVape.com whenever possible. It may be possible that you would have to deal directly with the manufacturer for some issues, please be sure to register your device, if applicable, to receive the full warranty benefits offered by the manufacturer.
